Agreement

These Terms are an agreement between PONERIAN LLC and the merchant that installs or uses CartThread. By installing or using CartThread, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy .

The service

CartThread connects a logged-in Shopify customer's cart across devices. It can restore a saved cart and merge different carts. The merchant must install the app, grant its required Shopify permissions, and enable its theme embed.

Merchant responsibilities

You are responsible for your Shopify store, customer notices, lawful instructions, and compliance with laws that apply to your business. You must not misuse CartThread, attempt to bypass its security, or use it for unlawful activity.

Data protection

PONERIAN LLC processes personal data only to provide and protect CartThread as described in the Privacy Policy. The merchant controls its Shopify customer data and is responsible for the lawful basis for that data. PONERIAN LLC will follow the merchant's lawful instructions delivered through Shopify's required privacy webhooks and will use reasonable safeguards for the data it processes.

Shopify and other services

CartThread depends on Shopify and infrastructure providers that PONERIAN LLC does not control. Their services and terms may affect CartThread's availability. CartThread is not endorsed by Shopify.

Fees and cancellation

Current pricing is shown in CartThread's Shopify App Store listing or billing approval screen. Development stores may use CartThread without charge. You can cancel by uninstalling the app. Charges already incurred are handled under the billing terms shown when you approve them.

Availability and warranties

We work to keep CartThread secure and available, but the service is provided as available. To the extent allowed by law, PONERIAN LLC does not promise that CartThread will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every store or use.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, PONERIAN LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from CartThread. PONERIAN LLC's total liability relating to CartThread will not exceed the fees the merchant paid for CartThread during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where the law does not allow them.

Termination and changes

You may stop using CartThread at any time by uninstalling it. PONERIAN LLC may suspend or end access for misuse, security risk, nonpayment, or a material breach of these Terms. We may update these Terms as CartThread or applicable requirements change. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
